The Vasa is the best-preserved ship in the whole world from the 1600s. It is exhibited in a specially built museum in Stockholm. The ship capsized and sank on its maiden voyage before it had even left the harbour. 333 years had to pass before the Vasa once again saw the light of day.

Apart from the ship itself, which is practically 100 % original, there are very few pictures from the time when it capsized in 1628, which could form the basis of a modern collection. The jewellery has been created with inspiration from contemporary fashion of that period, and the still-life motif of a bouquet of flowers on the scarf sends you right back to the nobility of the 1600s.

The notebooks are produced in Europe, and besides being really luxurious, the book-blocks are ornamented with motifs along the edges.
