What do we want more things for?
We must not consume more – we most consume more wisely.
At soSouvenir we believe that consumption must make sense. That is why we only make designs we would personally appreciate, use and wear out. We also take a pride in using recycled and durable materials. Off-cuts from the upholstery of train seats in the Danish State Railways can be reborn as computer covers, and old water bottles provide hard-wearing nylon.
CSR-policy
We are very aware of our particular responsibility for living up to and disseminating the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, as we often use suppliers in countries where there are safety risks for both the environment and the population. We are particularly aware of article 12 concerning responsible consumption and production.
We prioritise production inside Europe as far as possible, thus avoiding lengthy transport. We also closely follow the development of new materials based on surplus or waste products.
All our products can be supplied with certification if so desired.
