The Maritime Museum asked us to produce a leather collection using naturally tanned leather. The logo should be played down and either be discreetly embossed or printed on the lining with an attractive mermaid tattoo. The collection should promote the museum with a twinkle in the eye and the seaman’s motto: I refuse to sink!
The design has reminiscences of Captain Haddock and The Little Mermaid; there is for example the handy purse which looks like folded paper ships – you can keep your credit card behind the sail.
